Template — review with your legal adviser before relying on it.

This policy explains how subscriptions to Your App, operated by Your App, renew, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled. It applies to business customers — see our Terms of Service for why the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally not refunded, on a pro-rata or any other basis, except:

To request a refund, contact [Legal contact email] with your account details and the reason for the request.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, unless stated otherwise at signup. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Failed payments and suspension

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to retry it and will notify you. Your storefront may enter a grace period during which it keeps serving while payment is retried, and may be suspended if payment is not resolved within that window. Suspension does not itself delete your data — see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the applicable retention period.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing screen, or by contacting [Legal contact email].
