These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Your App (the "Service"), operated by Your App ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. A business service, not a consumer one

The Service is provided to businesses and individuals acting in a trade, business, craft or profession, for the purpose of creating and operating an online store ("Customer", "you"). The Service is not offered to consumers, and the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to a subscription to the Service. If you are buying goods or services from a store built with the Service, this document does not apply to you — contact that store's owner instead.

2. Accounts, plans and billing

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Plans and their limits are described at signup and on https://mk.goodarmbuy168.com. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before it ends.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend the storefront after a grace period until the account is brought current.
• You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and billing periods work.
• Following cancellation or termination, your store's data is retained for a limited period and then permanently deleted — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy for the applicable retention window.

3. Your store and your content

You are solely responsible for the content, products, pricing and legal pages of the store you operate on the Service, and for complying with the law that applies to your business and to the customers you sell to, including consumer-protection, tax and product-safety law. We do not review, endorse or take responsibility for a Customer's storefront content.

4. Data processing

Where you collect personal data from your own customers through your store, Your App acts as your processor with respect to that data. Our Data Processing Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference and applies automatically to that processing.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy is a material breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service itself (software, infrastructure, design and trademarks). You retain all rights in your own store content. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to operate the Service for you.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform planned maintenance and may suspend the Service where required for security reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your App's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Your App harmless from claims arising from your store's content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your breach of applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
