This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every store operated on Your App and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

Prohibited goods and content

You must not use the Service to sell, list, publish or distribute:

• illegal goods or services under the law that applies to your business or your customers;
• counterfeit goods, or goods that infringe another party's intellectual property;
• malware, exploit code, or tools designed to gain unauthorised access to systems;
• content used for phishing, or otherwise designed to deceive customers into disclosing sensitive information;
• unsolicited bulk communication ("spam");
• adult content or other content that is illegal to sell or display under the law that applies to your store.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• attempt to circumvent usage limits, quotas or security controls of the Service;
• use the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on shared infrastructure;
• conduct security testing, scanning or penetration testing against the Service without our prior written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains.

Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict access to a store that we reasonably believe breaches this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach, and may terminate the Service under the Terms of Service for a serious or repeated breach.
